1. HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
In UK, shipping is free for orders over £59.
For orders below this amount, a small contribution may be requested (currently £13,90) , as specified before order confirmation.

2. WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES FOR MY ORDER?
We do our best to ship your order within one working day after receiving it.
Delivery to the United Kingdom usually takes around 3 to 5 working days, depending on the destination and customs clearance times.
In some remote or island areas, delivery may take a little longer.
If you wish to report a delay, please contact our Customer Service team through the Contact Us section of our website.

3. I RECEIVED THE PRODUCTS, BUT THE SIZE IS NOT CORRECT. CAN I EXCHANGE THEM?
We do not offer direct product exchanges. If the size is not suitable, you may return the item within 14 days of delivery. Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will issue a refund so that you can place a new order for the correct size.
If you received a size different from the one you ordered due to our error, the return will be free of charge, and we will refund the full amount paid.
Products must be returned intact, unused, undamaged, and with the barcode and any other seals originally attached.

4. HOW TO EXERCISE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RETURN DUE TO CHANGING YOUR MIND)?
You have 14 days from the date of delivery of the products to exercise your right of withdrawal.

To do so, go to the Orders section of your account on perofil.com

- If you have an account, log in and select the order for which you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

- If you made the purchase as a guest, enter your email address in the designated field. You will receive a one-time password (OTP) that will allow you to view the order details.

Once you have opened the order, click on the "Request a return" button, select the items you wish to return, specify the quantity and, if required, the reason for the request. Once the procedure is complete, you will receive confirmation that your request has been received.

After exercising your right of withdrawal, you must post the products within 14 days. The products must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, undamaged and complete with their barcodes and any original seals to the following address:

Eurostep c/o CSP International – Returns Department
Via Piubega 5C
46040 Ceresara (MN) – Italy

If you are unable to use the online procedure or require assistance, you can contact our Customer Service via the "Contact Us" section, the "Support" button on the website, or by emailing cagi@cspinternational.it.

5. HOW DO I RECEIVE A REFUND FOR A RETURN AND HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
Refunds will be made no later than 14 days from the date of shipment of the products by the customer using the same payment method used to pay for the order.
If this is not possible (e.g. due to a lost card), please contact customer service to arrange a different refund method.
The products will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not caused by transport.

6. HOW MUCH DOES A RETURN COST ME?
Returns are free of charge if you have received a product that is different from the one you ordered or is damaged. In this case, please contact our Customer Service via the ‘Contact Us’ section: we will provide you with instructions and a prepaid return label.
In all other cases (e.g. right of withdrawal or change of mind), you can return the products:
• through our courier, requesting a return label from Customer Service. In this case, a fixed amount of £ 13.90 will be deducted from the final refund to cover shipping costs;
• at your own expense, using the courier of your choice. In this case, the package must be sent to: Eurostep c/o CSP International – Ufficio Resi - Via Piubega 5C, 46040 Ceresara (MN) – ITALY

7. HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You can track your order in your reserved area of the Website (if you did not order as a Guest).
In any case, you will receive an email with the tracking number to track your order as soon as the package is shipped.
For any questions, you can contact our customer service team through the "contact us" section of the Website.

8. I WAS NOT HOME WHEN THE COURIER CAME. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
You will find a notice in your postbox with instructions on how to arrange a new delivery.
You will receive an email informing you of the courier's delivery attempt.
If you do not provide new instructions within ten days, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse and we will refund you.
For any queries, please contact our customer service team via the 'Contact Us' section of the Website.

9. I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS. CAN I CHANGE IT?
